Bookings, Cancellation and Waitlist policies

At Serenity and Inner Peace Therapy, we are committed to providing a respectful, supportive, and professionally managed service while recognising the individual needs and circumstances of our clients.

Booking Policy

All therapy appointments must be arranged in advance through our authorised booking system.
Appointments are considered confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued.
Clients are kindly asked to ensure that all personal and contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate and up to date.
Before an initial appointment, clients may be required to complete relevant intake, consent, or assessment documentation to ensure safe and appropriate care.
Serenity and Inner Peace Therapy reserves the right to amend or decline bookings when necessary for clinical, ethical, or operational reasons.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended without prior notification, may incur the full session fee.
In the event of late arrival, the session may need to be shortened to maintain fairness to other clients, while the full fee remains payable.
Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in a review of booking arrangements to ensure continuity and fairness of service.

Waitlist Policy

Where appointments are fully booked, clients may request to be placed on our waitlist.
When a suitable appointment becomes available, clients will be contacted in the order in which they joined the waitlist.
If a response is not received within the stated timeframe, the appointment may be offered to another client.
Inclusion on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment.

Exceptional Circumstances

We acknowledge that unforeseen or distressing circumstances can arise.
Serenity and Inner Peace Therapy will consider exceptional situations with sensitivity, and cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
Clients are encouraged to make contact as soon as possible should difficulties arise, so that appropriate support and adjustments can be considered
